About this artwork

This painting captivates with the bold, impulsive brushwork of the artist and the energy that can be experienced, which was captured on the canvas. The abstract petals appear to be bathed in light and seem to reflect an imaginary full moon - which played a central role in the rituals…
and ceremonies of many cultures - but which eludes the viewer. The title of the painting "Midnight Disguise" alone refers to the midnight hour and at the same time reminds us of what remains hidden from people in the darkness of ignorance. In this painting, as in the painting "Full Moon", the artist wanted to take up the theme of change artistically and expressed this painterly in her unmistakable style.
