About this artwork
This painting marks a return to the approach of syringe, spatter, and flicking painting for Parhelion. The creation process was also different in that this time it wasn’t a title or an idea that arose in his mind and inspired the act of creation. Fred Phillips, also known as Parhelion, is a painter based in Barbados whose works highlight the act of creation itself as the ultimate message.
