About this artwork
In this work, I depicted the infinite interconnectedness of the cosmos through blurred, overlapping circles using acrylic and oil. Two bodies (man and woman?) seem to be dependent on each other in the circular motion, but at the same time more determined by the dynamics that drive them. The use of oil pastel revealed further textures that symbolize the deep, unfathomable mystery of the universe. The dark and light contrasts reflect the constant dynamic…
between becoming and passing away, inviting viewers to reflect on their own role in the cosmic dance.
