About this artwork
In my work I seek the synthesis and simplification of the elements and the basic forms of representation, without forgetting the repetitive brushstrokes and pure impressionist colors, and the use of a wide variety of materials to give structure and volume to the work. The creative process is overwhelming at times, but rewarding and liberating when I get to express what is inside of me.
In Tierra 2 I use powerful colors, incandescent reds, ocher,… toasted, a whole range that give the work an extraordinary strength.
The picture can be hung both horizontally and horizontally, both versions are beautiful and harmonious to look at because the work was designed from all 4 sides.
