About this artwork
After a period of lack of inspiration and trapped by physical pain, an inexplicable urgency drew me to the studio. With each brushstroke, painful but necessary, the inner fire took over: the struggle was captured in vibrant light and shadow, in colors that whisper of the passage from anguish to liberation.
The eyeless, soulless figure reflects how pain pervades everything, but also how art can transform suffering into hope. This work is a testament… to that moment: proof that creation transforms sorrow into something tangible and deeply felt.
