About this artwork
In crafting this piece, I merged acrylic, watercolor, and pen on canvas, reveling in the freedom of comics and naivety. The exaggerated, curious faces embody a silent dialogue, contrasting vividly with stark, whimsical colors and primitive details that evoke a childlike wonder. This artwork encapsulates the inaudible yet profound conversations of life, adding a touch of surreal introspection to any space. It serves as a reminder of the unspoken yet…
deeply felt connections between us all.

Gor Petrosyan is a contemporary Armenian artist and Senior lecturer of Armenian State Academy of Fine Arts.
Gor was born in 1983 in Aparan, Armenia. As a child, he attended a local art school.
From 2000 to 2006 he studied at the Art College after Panos Terlemezyan (Yerevan, Armenia).
In 2006, Gor entered the Armenian State Academy of Fine Arts, where in 2010 he received a bachelor’s degree in fine arts, and then a master’s degree in 2012.
Since 2012 Gor has been a lecturer at the joint Department of Graphics and Painting of Armenian State Academy of Fine Arts. And since 2021, a senior lecturer.
Gor’s art is always positively charged and seems to radiate light. Through his art, he tries to evoke those pure emotions that we lose after childhood. His compositional works are indicative signs that suggest a way out of a dead end.
