The artist Gregorio Codagnone brings to his Roman solo show works rich in colors imbued with a vital force and a message in defense of nature. The protection of our beauties also passes through art and the inextricably linked between the two concepts becomes the protagonist in the works on display.
The images that take shape on the canvases recall corals, flames or elements belonging… to the world of nature, examples of beauty but at the same time of fragility, as they are destined to change under the action of climate change. In each work, color becomes the spokesperson for a feeling of the soul and takes concrete form in an abstract form through the gesture.
Gregorio Codagnone is self-taught and combines colours, materials and techniques, drawing lessons and stimuli from everything around him.

Gregorio Codagnone is a painter and sculptor based in Italy whose works have been exhibited nationally. Passionate about art in all its forms, he is inspired by architecture and the materials that "make up things". Codagnone's current sculptural pieces explore the concept of composition and decomposition, nature returning to nature. However, in his pictorial works, he integrates sensations and emotions that bind internal areas that are fragmented and distant from each other.
