About this artwork
Meet the world famous Bay of Fundy, where the tide rises and falls an average of 16 meters twice a day. The fisherman have long since adapted- learning to tie their boats at length to the wharves to allow them to follow the rush of seawater without damage. This image was taken close to the cliffs of Blomidon, an incredible red geological marvel that juts out above the basin. This print is meticulously crafted on William Turner Fine Art Giclée paper-…
bringing the vivid colors of Fundy to life.

Born into an artistic family, Haley MacPhee articulates her world primarily through the medium of photography. Her distinct, photojournalistic style, shaped by a preference for a 35mm lens, embraces a sense of nostalgia and gratitude infused in her snapshot-like compositions. MacPhee's work resonates with a profound desire to immortalize the fleetingly ephemeral, imprinting moments of raw beauty and emotion into the sphere of the tangible.
