About this artwork

This is a big and happy dance paintying. It is painted on the edges in the paintings color and some places the dancers dresses continues on the edge, It is signed both front and back, front with initials and back with full signature, initials and year of production. Materials are acrylic and 3d effects.
The dancers are made with both "light hand" and precision - to create life in the painting everything is not "perfect" - but reflects life and play.… The many stars are made line by line with a piece of cardboard as a pressure tool

Inge Thogersen is an established Danish painter who has exhibited her work nationally. She took up painting in her late 40s, and also works as a family therapist, transferring her fascination with human relationships and experiences onto her canvases. Additionally inspired by music and nature, she composes abstract paintings that carry an optimistic energy and speak to the imagination.
