About this artwork
This work was selected in the Gregorio Prieto drawing contest in 2006, and exhibited in his Museum in Valdepeñas, Castilla La Mancha (Spain) and in the Museum of the City of Madrid.
It combines traditional drawing materials such as graphite and inks, with others that are very original and less used, such as the white glue with which I "drew" hundreds of drops that allude to seminal forms and also other graphics made with glued silk threads. to the… paper
The result is a work that is easy to see but intense in its content and that can remind us of a germinal space where each element finds its way, its development and therefore its place...

« I've always been interested in anything that smelled of creativity... »
It was while walking on a beach in Malaga as a child that Perdiguero found a beautiful blue stone on the sand and became captivated by colour. An autodidact painter with additional interests in lithography and textiles, her abstract pieces are marked by an inventive take on colour, light, and their dynamic interaction.
