About this artwork
This piece is a classic example of Isabelle's style - her love of the contrast between strong geometric shapes and long graceful lines. The inky blue is dramatic and sophisticated, and the smaller more intricate designs move this piece to the edge of feeling playful. The title is borrowed from the King Harvest song, also covered by Van Morrison, called "Dancing in the Moonlight", and specifically by these lyrics from the song: "And when that ol'…
moon gets so big and bright. It's a supernatural delight. Everybody was dancing in the moonlight". Dancing in the Moonlight is 12" x 12" acrylic on birch wood panel, framed in a natural maple wood floating frame. This piece is wired to hang perfectly flat against the wall.

Isabelle's work has also been seen in the art magazine American Art Collectors, she was the first ever abstract artist interviewed on the renowned PodCast the American Art Collective, and her work has been seen a host of Conde Nast magazines, including Vanity Fair, and World of Interiors.
