About this artwork
This piece shows the artist's skill in creating a crisp, clean, clutter-free and monochromatic design. Her use of space is intentionally used the same way that a modern/minamalist designed would use space - to de-clutter the mind and to create a sense of visual calm. Layers of paint are sanded and scratched into to form the lines and give this piece incredibly beautiful depth. This warm, yet confident colour palette will provide added dimension…
and warmth to a room. "I'm Yours" is 16' x 16" acrylic on a birch wood panel. The artist only paints on birch wood because it allows her to work back into the layers of paint to create a visible sense of history, so you can see her decision making as she composes a piece. A 'highly collectable' artist, Isabelle's work is in the homes and offices of private collectors in Canada, Europe, China, South America and across the United States. She has been invited to show her work in 2025 for the forth consecutive year in the highly prestigious juried art show, the Laguna Beach Festival of Arts. Isabelle's work has also been seen in the art magazine American Art Collectors, she was the first ever abstract artist interviewed on the renowned PodCast the American Art Collective, and her work has been seen a host of Conde Nast magazines, including Vanity Fair, and World of Interiors.
