This piece shows the artist's skill in creating a crisp, clean, clutter-free and monochromatic design. Her use of space is intentionally used the same way that a modern/minamalist designed would use space - to de-clutter the mind and to create a sense of visual calm. Layers of paint are sanded and scratched into to form the lines and give this piece incredibly beautiful depth. This warm, yet confident colour palette will provide added dimension… and warmth to a room. "I'm Yours" is 16' x 16" acrylic on a birch wood panel. The artist only paints on birch wood because it allows her to work back into the layers of paint to create a visible sense of history, so you can see her decision making as she composes a piece. "Im Yours" is framed in a natural maple wood floating frame that measures 17" x 17" and is ready to hang. Please see detail photos for close ups and photos in different room settings.
« Beautiful art comes from inspiration. Inspiration comes from being present, from feeling alive. That's what art is for. »
