About this artwork
One of the things you will notice about Isabelle’s work - in particular this piece - is that she honors the “history” of the work. There are places in this painting where Isabelle has deliberately left evidence of a change of direction – a shape that’s been altered, lines that are faintly showing through. She uses layers to create depth and add to the quiet conversation that you see when you step closer to this extraordinary work (see detail photos).…
Isabelle asks you to look at "Let’s Dance" and imagine music playing in the background - jazz, rock, or classical – whatever you love most. Let’s Dance is painted on a 48” x 36” cradled birch wood panel and is not intended for a frame. Its 1.5” cradled edge exposes the natural birch wood finish to provide contrast to the abstract design (see detail photos).

A 'highly collectable' artist, Isabelle's work is in the homes and offices of private collectors in Canada, Europe, China, South America and across the United States. She has been invited to show her work in 2025 for the forth consecutive year in the highly prestigious juried art show, the Laguna Beach Festival of Arts. Isabelle's work has also been seen in the art magazine American Art Collectors, she was the first ever abstract artist interviewed on the renowned PodCast the American Art Collective, and her work has been seen a host of Conde Nast magazines, including Vanity Fair, and World of Interiors.
