About this artwork
In this work I wanted to represent the inseparable bond and harmonious coexistence of two souls, captured in the timelessness of bronze. The sculpture embodies depth and lightness, its simple but expressive faces reflect a mutual understanding that goes beyond words. It brings a warm, loving energy to every home, a constant symbol of togetherness and unconditional support.
The couple is a unique bronze sculpture. The lovers show a strong connection… to each other with their shared bodies and at the same time an open attitude towards the outside world. The view is side by side and is directed directly in front of them. The statue is kept in a reduced formal language and is reminiscent of archaic figures from early human history. The work is unique and cast directly in bronze.

ISOLDEN is an experienced sculptor and painter from Germany whose works have been exhibited nationally as well as in Switzerland and France. At the age of eleven she was inspired by the mystery of the archaic stone figures on Easter Island. ISOLDEN works in stone, wood, bronze, wax and on paper and canvas. The motto of her artistic work is: Manifestos of the joy of life.
