About this artwork
In this painting he has brought together male and female figures uniting them in a single body. They are surrounded by geometric shapes in grey tones that symbolizes decay and loss. In contrast the yellow flower represents optimism. The horse shows power and courage. Turmoil was the feature artwork for my solo art show at The Armenian Art Gallery in Glendale, CA United States.

Jack Avetisyan is an Armenian-American artist whose paintings display various distinctive identities.
