About this artwork
A constellation made of transparent quartz, like fragmented celestial bodies, pierces a metal plate as if struck by a comet. Delicate grasses frame the scene like a crop circle in which something inexplicable has landed – a silent disturbance, a subtle shift in reality.
The suspended artwork is illuminated by LEDs, causing the quartz crystals to glow from within. The quartz stones are soldered into the metal – an allusion to the Tiffany technique,… translated here into a sculptural, free-form arrangement. The untreated grasses react to climate and time, changing slowly as a living reminder that the artwork itself remains part of its environment.

His works explore transience, transformation, and circularity, creating a poetry of the used and inviting viewers to emotionally experience the potential of imperfection and the inherent dignity of the material.
