This beautiful landscape was spotted when I was taking an early morning walk in the hills of Devon and found it truly inspiring.The weather changes quickly here, usually to rain, so a few quick snaps and sketches and I was off home to complete the painting.The fantastical colors of the little houses were a great inspiration .
The style is very abstract and I try to see patterns and colors that are more than a photo realism .David Hockney … is a great source of inspiration.The painting will be sent ready to hang , carefully wrapped in a box with bubble wrap. It does not need a frame as the sides are painted.Jo Tucks painting are collected in England,Germany,America and Australia and Canada.
