About this artwork
The concept for this sculpture began many years ago. It was not until this year that the sculpture finally was completed. I had a spiritual theme for it and as it evolved it became ethereal with dramatic overtones. My latest sculptures now include the base as an integral part of the sculpture. In this one I included onyx.
