About this artwork
This one of my favorite stones to work with, Portoro Marble. It comes from Portoro Italy and it is one of the most beautiful marble stones to create sculptures. I started with an irregular shaped stone which always helps me with the creative process. As I worked the stone certain shapes evolved creating a following object. The result was “Evolution”
