“Camélia” explores the boundary between floral figuration and abstraction, in a play of tension between precision and erasure.
The flower appears and then dissolves into the material, carried by a broad and fluid gesture. The deep and vibrant shades of pink structure the space while allowing a sensation of continuous movement to emerge.
The work oscillates between control and spontaneity, creating a presence that is both delicate and powerful.… The eye moves freely, drawn to areas of sharpness and then absorbed in more diffuse passages.

INNER LANDSCAPES explores landscapes as interior spaces in motion. Nature is suggested through fluid structures. Each work becomes a mental territory, between memory and perception.
More conceptual in nature, STATES OF BECOMING explores the process of transformation of form. The works capture intermediate states between appearance and dissolution.
