About this artwork
BERAUSCHT is a work full of energy and exuberance. The colors push outward, overlap, pushing against boundaries and simultaneously breaking them. A riot of color made up of violet, pink, turquoise, and 24-carat gold leaf. The layering is intense, pulsating, full of overlaps. The work plays with the boundary between clarity and overwhelm. An exuberant homage to excess. The artwork is a vibrant intoxication: intense, immediate, unstoppable. Within… the IM:PULS series, it represents the moment that reminds us to let go. To allow moments in which life is the only drug we need.
Pure vitality floods you. Energy sweeps you along, and your breath quickens. You feel the rush take hold of you, setting every cell in vibration. An intensity that doesn't tear you apart, but rather sustains you. Tension and freedom become one, bringing you alive, down to every fiber.
« The more curious we are, the more creative we become »
My work explores the tension between identity, body, concealment, and transformation.
I don't understand painting as a representation, but as a space for inner movement. As a place where that which cannot be captured becomes visible.
I work in series that develop organically during the process, not from pre-existing concepts. Material plays a central role: acrylic, texture, gold leaf, platinum, and mixed media are not merely decorative elements, but carriers of meaning.
Concealment is not a retreat. It is a deliberate act. It creates distance, protection, and a new way of reading.
Faces and bodies do not appear as surfaces for identification, but rather as spaces for projection. I understand identity not as a state, but as a process, characterized by the tension between visibility and withdrawal.
