About this artwork
SKY AIN'T ALWAYS BLUE shows the moment when pride becomes visible – and at the same time interrupted.
I painted the portrait of a woman whose gaze doesn't waver. It stays. It sees. And it asks.
The colored band across her face doesn't block beauty. It confronts reality.
Because not every blockade is loud. And not every strength is seen.
I ask myself – and you – the question:
Strong and beautiful women: crucified or just blocked?
This series… isn't an answer. It's a space for precisely this kind of discussion.
Original artwork, unique. Sold with certificate of authenticity.

« The more curious we are, the more creative we become »
My work explores the tension between identity, body, concealment, and transformation.
I don't understand painting as a representation, but as a space for inner movement. As a place where that which cannot be captured becomes visible.
I work in series that develop organically during the process, not from pre-existing concepts. Material plays a central role: acrylic, texture, gold leaf, platinum, and mixed media are not merely decorative elements, but carriers of meaning.
Concealment is not a retreat. It is a deliberate act. It creates distance, protection, and a new way of reading.
Faces and bodies do not appear as surfaces for identification, but rather as spaces for projection. I understand identity not as a state, but as a process, characterized by the tension between visibility and withdrawal.
