About this artwork
The soul sings. A moment that has no color and therefore has a lot of space to develop. A secret joy.
The insatiable fascination with capturing abstract visual scenes photographically is my driving force.
Isolating motifs in unusual scenes and composing them into a special work is my artistic joy.
I use the methods of abstraction of painterly color worlds, light and shadow, on the countless imaginative materials, capture them photographically… and then edit them digitally until they appear perfect to me.
Then I print in collaboration with a small printing company, usually with color pigments, often metal pigments because they shine so beautifully, and ink and acrylic on a precious metal plate. I then process them using various methods. I feel the effect, and this creates a space and an atmosphere that all have different emotional effects. It has a silky, silvery sheen.

SYMPHONY OF COLOR
Abstraction and abstract figuration – rhythm and resonance find color and form. A narrative level develops, a stage, a scene, and space for personal associations and interpretations.
I am a musician and composer, and from an early age I explored how sounds accompany images, but also create them, or vice versa. They are a transformative force, becoming the inspiration for new narratives. From this narrative-compositional power, colors, forms, and lines develop into a visual work, and this shapes my entire artistic practice—as if the sound had left its mark.
Many of my installations also combine sound and painting and are created in spaces that offer an immersive experience.
For selected works, specially composed music is created. Image and sound are not merely complementary – they are a single work.
