About this artwork
Beauty. So fascinating! In this work (title: "Temptation") the artist deals with the topic “What is beautiful?”. With his works, Kevin Wilczewski would like to encourage the viewer to question his own perception of beauty and promote self-determined thinking. From his series "What is beautiful?". What does beauty mean to you?
« With my portraits, I put the desire for beauty in the foreground, showing how ephemeral it can be, and helping to change the way we view our behavior. »
Kevin Wilczewski is a painter and draftsman based in Germany whose works have been exhibited nationally and in the United States. Through his distinctive pop art portraits, he explores topics realting to mass comsomption, social criticism, beauty ideals, etc. Wilczewski believes that people should decide for themselves what beauty means to them.
