About this artwork
This work is part of a series of paintings I created using video, filming the entire creative process from start to finish, non-stop, and therefore without pauses. The video was then sped up to create a short clip where you can admire the final result appearing as if by magic. You can view the time-lapse video in the video section, and the source video file is included with the work at no additional cost.
In my paintings I use different media/techniques,… for this series I used markers, one of the most difficult techniques for creating photorealistic paintings.
In this case, having used a black cardboard support, I used acrylic colors and the effect of the transparent film covering the can was created with a brush and white acrylic paint... The intention is to have the impression, from a few meters away, that a real Coca-Cola can is hanging on the wall, held up by the adherent film.
