About this artwork
Description written by the artist:
"While the walls projected sunlight and blood, they invited us to enter.
There were two of them. Maybe three.
Or was she alone with herself and her reflection?
This room will now be open forever.
This room, hanging on your wall, will offer your gaze its intimacy, its dreams and its reflections.
You will be able to talk with its occupants,… inviting them to share their secrets with you.
You will keep an eye on the insect hanging on the wall, in case it decides to leave the frame.
You will dream as much as I do, perhaps."

He keeps his distance from visible effects, codes, and trends, adopting an apparent mocking simplicity. The images are clear, the situations immediately recognizable, everything seems accessible, too simple, and without notable artistic qualities.
Yet, behind this mockery lies a technical mastery and artistic sensibility perceptible to attentive and discerning eyes. Couples, families, intimate scenes: the bodies are there, in their place, but as if slightly out of sync with themselves. Happiness is suggested without ever being fully grasped. Desire resembles a habit. Tenderness, a learned behavior.
Her works demand neither immediate agreement nor emotion. They function differently. They pose this question: What if you missed something?
