About this artwork
The unique patterns of the apples always catch my eye when I'm shopping. The intense ripe reds and the shades ot yellow to deep gold in the stripes are beautiful. The greengrocer is not a fan of my dithering over the most striking combination. The juicy green of the pear is a real zing and they are sitting on an old linen cloth that still has the folds from being stored for many years.
