About this artwork
A background where each color has been scraped, worn, eroded, marked with the passage of time, like an old wall would be. On this wall, which has become a page, the artist has written the features, the rhythm and the gestures of a writing - imaginary graffiti. Then he put the warm and joyful colors of life and the moment. It was necessary to seize this moment, this rhythm and this soft cheerfulness before they fade.
The ocher and brown tones and… the background light combine to the rhythm of the writing. Like so many lit lanterns, a multitude of small spots with warm colors takes off. A gentle, joyful and warm presence.
