About this artwork
The movement and gestures that shaped this canvas were carried by the music I was listening to at that time. Hence the rhythm and vitality that emerges. I wanted to express a surge of life, like a spontaneous dance, a strong incantation that does not pass through the mind. An impulse gesture, devoid of artifice and calculations. It was like letting an energy emerge outside of time, frank, clear and joyful, to the rhythm of music and emotion. In my…
work in general, I try to preserve this approach outside of trends and fashions, outside of seduction and strategies. I try to let the present moment and the emotion that flows through me speak without filter. Perhaps this is what we simply call authenticity!
