MUD AND HEART is an abstract acrylic on canvas, dedicated to the people of Emilia Romagna following the 2023 flood: people who never give up, whose hearts beat stronger than any disaster, and always get back up.

I paint the monsters of life, and celebrate the Rebirth.

I tell the story of bruised women who choose freedom; I tell the story of tenacious recovery after illness, after loss; of the child who faces bullies, depression, hunger, fathers deprived of their children: I tell the story of life's monsters, and of rebirth.
