About this artwork
Beneath the surface, where light barely penetrates, the world moves differently. There is no noise, only a constant ebb and flow, like slow, deep breathing. Currents tirelessly traverse the seabed, carving invisible paths among the rocks, seaweed, and sand.
Down below, everything seems calm, yet nothing is still. Currents carry away small remnants, memories of the world above: fragments of life that slowly descend until they disappear into the… depths. Amidst the green and dark hues, life adapts, grows, and endures.
They say the sea holds secrets, and many of them lie hidden in its depths. Stories never told, emotions lost to time. The currents don't erase them, they only transform them, move them, and mix them.
And so, in that silence full of movement, the ocean continues to live, remembering without words everything that once touched its surface.
