About this artwork
In this artwork, I wanted to convey the gentle magic of a suspended moment, where the wind caresses the trees and lifts dreams like a hot air balloon. The expressive brushstrokes in blue against an orange background transmit a light and poetic energy. It will bring a vibrant and refreshing atmosphere to your home, inviting you to escape and dream.
In this small painting, I let my imagination run free. Silhouettes of trees and grass stand out in… the foreground. They are bent, buffeted by a rather strong gust of wind. Blue reflections give them volume. The hot air balloon in the sky seems to be pushed away by a violent gust. In the background, an orange sky is dotted with a few clouds suggested by brushstrokes. The whole scene creates a slightly surreal atmosphere, like the beginning of a storm, when the wind suddenly picks up and the sky changes color.
