About this artwork
"Lueur d'Espoir" (Glimmer of Hope) captures the emotional moment of inner transition and creative reawakening. After periods of heavy, oppressive stress, reflected in the dense, relief-like structures and deep gray and black tones of the painting, a new energy bursts forth. It is the visual translation of a new beginning, in which rigidity gives way and life palpably returns to a state of flow.
The image symbolizes the regained confidence in one's… own path and the assurance of opening new spaces with one's own creative power.

Life has many layers.
I am self-taught and paint the way I live: freely, curiously, and without a fixed set of rules. In my mixed-media art, I intuitively combine colors and materials until a vibrant, new story emerges on the canvas.
"I paint life – in all its facets."
My paintings emerge from an interplay of intuitive letting go and courageous action. I layer colors, scrape them away, and paint over them again. This creates a depth that mirrors real life: we, too, only gain our personality through everything we experience and endure.
For me, painting is the best proof of our resilience. We are not the sum of our crises. We are what we create from the shards of the past and the layers of our experience.
After my own fresh start, I want to encourage others to see the beauty in change and to find their way back to themselves.
