About this artwork
On a rainy summer day, a child in pink rain boots is rushing to meet her mother. When the artist was young, as soon as kindergarten was over, she wore pink rain boots with a pretty rabbit on and ran home in the rain because she missed her mom. Now it's a very old childhood memory over 40 years ago, but for her it's a delightful memory of rain boots.
