The Yanomami are a group of approximately 35.000 indigenous people who live in 200-250 villages in the Amazon rainforest on the border between Venezuela and Brazil .
Rituals are a very important part of Yanomami culture. When Yanomami celebrate, they decorate their body with feathers , flowers and various kind of objects .
The decoration and painting of their body can be considered like the outfit for a special event!
Michael was fascinated by this… people that is threatened with extinction, their pride, their rituals, their domestic life...
