One of the main principles of a Zen attitude is to live the present, moment by moment, without regrets about the past or worrying about the future: fully live every moment at a time.
Positive meanings of orange include warmth, energy,… youthfulness, health and adventure.
Of course, what this abstract painting will conjure up for you (and your friends) may have a totally different interpretation. I love that about my abstract paintings.

Monique J Dufour is a Canadian self-taught artist based in Spain, who has exhibited her work throughout the US, Canada, and Europe.
