"Living the Night" is part of a diptych with the work "Dreaming the Day" which is its complete opposite.
Opposed by day and night but together for the liveliness of their energy and the gaiety of the Pop'Monsters linked and arranged in a royal and totemic way.
"Living the Night" is set against a deep black background, an invigorating atmosphere conducive to limitless creativity.
The energy that emanates from it is vibrant and invigorating. The… colorful characters with cubic and geometric shapes mingle and energize each other to an electric rhythm!
The symbols, patterns and streamers of fluorescent acrylic paint here and there, on a black background, create an atmosphere of festivities and games, which is reminiscent of the arcades of the 80s/90s.
A work that alludes to taking part in the game of our own life and living it fully, however unpredictable it may be.
