Nina Bruneau is a self-taught, versatile, and visionary painter who continually pushes the boundaries of her art. Combining neo-cubist, neo-pop art, and art brut trends with urban art, she achieves a bold, pop aesthetic.
Initially trained in the art of flamenco dance, she rediscovered painting after a health incident and imagined the "Pop'Monsters".
Transposing his pain onto the canvas with colorful, funny, and sparkling characters, his highly colorful work is appreciated like a bubble of happiness, seeking to ignite joy and childlike innocence in the viewer. The power of art to heal and smile at life is at the heart of his approach.
