This original gneiss sculpture is one of the latest artworks of the talented Bulgarian contemporary sculptor Ognyan Chitakov. He shapes it to evoke a timeless embrace of nature's resilience and yoga culture, with smooth curves inviting quiet reflection on body structure and movement. Placing it indoors or outdoors amplifies its connection to earth and sky, bringing a grounding energy that inspires calm and strength to any space it graces. It is a…
celebration of calm found in solidity and natural beauty.

« Sculpture is my main way of thinking, my method of communication, my way of living... »
Ognyan Chitakov is an established Bulgarian sculptor whose works have featured in national prizes and exhibitions. He loves sculpture for all the elements it allows him to gather together: form, space, function, architecture, design, engineering, technology and - above all - art. He primarily produces stone works that carry ancient and sacred connections, and whose scale ranges from the modest to the monumental.
