About this artwork
In a magical setting of a forest at sunset, a fearful and splendid doe is at the edge of the forest. The doe is the female of the deer and is slightly smaller in size. She has no wood. While mostly bucks are solitary, does most often live in herds joined by young and juvenile bucks.
The herds, always led by an old female, frequent well-defined sectors which are subdivided according to the activities of the animals into two sectors: the one where… they roost during the day in the cover of the woods, the one where they go to feed and often very far from their rest area.
