This is a unique and original large PMS abstract mixed media assemblage painting that will make a statement in your space.
It is part of a series of highly textured, semi-design oriented assemblage pieces on canvas and wood. This painting has huge sweeping, streaking, and textured color that is mesmerizing to the eye and dares you to touch it. It is a unification of highly textured painterly, assemblage and design techniques I have been developing… over the years. They culminate in something like some futuristic flag where all colors shine, while simultaneously working together. The texture in this piece is extreme and the colors are vibrant and bold. The texture is further enhanced by the assembled, fractured wooden pieces that are mounted upon and incorporated into the surface painting. I have continued my obsession with incorporating purchased, found and recycled materials and assembled them into what I like to think of as a sculptural painting.
