About this artwork
Aetherius Reverie Caeruleus is a painting that questions the limits of the medium. I use an artificial intelligence-generated figure that I transfer onto the canvas using gesso and finish with a subtle use of acrylic paint.
The result is a delicate, evanescent figure that seems to emerge and disappear at the same time. The texture of the background and a faint blue line accentuate the sense of fragility and frozen time.
This work represents my… search for new forms of expression with minimal techniques, where the absence of paint is as significant as its presence.
