About this artwork
Rina's deep love for the sea inspired her to create "Sea Splash," a captivating mixed-media painting rich in texture and movement. With layers of blues, whites, and turquoise, she captures the ocean’s ever-changing beauty and boundless energy.
The sea has always fascinated her—an endless dance of waves, both powerful and serene. As reflected in these poetic lines by C M Frank:
"The ocean interests me so much
that I could sit and gaze at the waves… forever.
They are perfect, ancient, unrelenting,
a fluid being of such powerful grace.
Let them wash upon the sand,
never again to return the same,
only as perfect and magnificent as the memory allows."
Through this piece, Rina invites you to lose yourself in the rhythm of the waves, to feel their presence, and to embrace the timeless wonder of the sea.
