About this artwork
In this piece, I poured raw emotion through vibrant pastels, blending abstract forms with surreal, geometric shapes. The work, Shift, is a follow on from the works Episode and State 1. This work was created when the artist felt that she was finally moving away from the negative states and towards a state of false control and "recovery".
