The inaugural piece of Robin's photographic odyssey is the series entitled 'Inside Escape,' representing a pivotal moment in his professional trajectory, as he transitioned from engineering to the pursuit of his artistic passion. The photograph, aptly named 'Upside Down,' was captured in Manhattan during January of 2007.
Robin's foray into street photography in the vibrant metropolis of New York City ignited his profound appreciation for the medium.… The 'Inside Escape' collection, bearing an evocative title, provided him with an avenue to explore his inner musings and momentarily detach from the daily pressures associated with his role as a microprocessors engineer.

Robin Cerutti is a prize-winning photographer based in Canada whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Mexico, France, Belgium, and the United States. He employs photography as a medium to escape and challenge the first perception of reality. While Cerutti does not convey any outright theories in his art, his credits his physicist background as playing a major role in his artistic expression. His goal is reached is his compositions cause a "dreamy state" in viewers.
