About this artwork
When you think about an iconic character such as Daffy Duck, what comes to mind? What do you "see" when you hear that name? Is my abstract notion,or idea, of Daffy Duck. Influenced by Abstract Expressionism and the idea of Daffy Duck portrayed as a white marble sculpture.

Ruben Nieto was born in Veracruz, Mexico. He holds a BFA from the Universidad de Guanajuato and an MFA in Arts and Technology from The University of Texas at Dallas. Nieto has shown internationally in Switzerland, Germany, Spain, France, Canada, Mexico, and the U.S.
