About this artwork
In this work, I continue exploring the relationship between light and absence. The space is constructed from geometric superimpositions that do not seek to define a stable form, but rather to generate a field of tension between the visible and the veiled. The light appears fragmented, contained, as if emerging from within the darkness without ever quite asserting itself.
The chromatic arc introduces a gesture of interrupted transition, while the… dark planes function as surfaces of containment rather than as background. I understand The Light of Darkness as a place of perceptual ambiguity, where the light does not reveal, but rather points to the presence of the boundary. The work proposes an experience of close observation, in which emptiness is activated through the light itself.
The works are printed on 310 g Museum RAG Photo Etching paper, 100% cotton, acid-free and free of optical brighteners. Each piece is hand-signed and numbered and comes with its corresponding certificate of authenticity.

Salva Nebot (Spain) is a multidisciplinary artist whose work has been exhibited in international institutions, galleries, and art fairs. His practice encompasses photography, painting, sculpture, and digital art, shaping a language that moves away from literal representation to explore subjective interpretation and the conceptual dimension. Influenced by the sensibility of German Expressionism, he articulates a critical reflection on perception, memory, and human experience. His work is characterized by formal rigor, the intense use of chiaroscuro, chromatic asceticism, and narrative fragmentation. Through light, shadow, and the superimposition of layers, he activates spaces of ambiguity and poetic density. His research addresses memory, absence, and oblivion, inviting the viewer to an interpretive threshold where the visible coexists with the latent.
