About this artwork
In this work, I explore the idea of return not as arrival, but as repetition. The composition is structured around a large empty field that acts as a space of containment, interrupted by minimal chromatic gestures that do not seek to close the form, but rather to keep it suspended.
The arch introduces a contained, almost circular movement, suggesting an incomplete journey. Color appears as a signal, not an assertion, establishing a relationship… between advancement and cessation. I understand The Return as a return to the starting point without resolution, where space is reactivated as a threshold and the experience is once again situated in waiting.
The works are printed on 310 g Museum RAG Photo Etching paper, 100% cotton, acid-free and free of optical brighteners. Each piece is hand-signed and numbered and comes with its corresponding certificate of authenticity.

Salva Nebot (Spain) is a multidisciplinary artist whose work has been exhibited in international institutions, galleries, and art fairs. His practice encompasses photography, painting, sculpture, and digital art, shaping a language that moves away from literal representation to explore subjective interpretation and the conceptual dimension. Influenced by the sensibility of German Expressionism, he articulates a critical reflection on perception, memory, and human experience. His work is characterized by formal rigor, the intense use of chiaroscuro, chromatic asceticism, and narrative fragmentation. Through light, shadow, and the superimposition of layers, he activates spaces of ambiguity and poetic density. His research addresses memory, absence, and oblivion, inviting the viewer to an interpretive threshold where the visible coexists with the latent.
