“Waiting for Me” was painted during a time of profound loss, following the passing of my mother. In that liminal space between grief and transformation, a dark raven appeared to me, a messenger of spirit, shadow, and remembrance.
The raven became a mirror of my own soul, a quiet presence reminding me that even in times of uncertainty, the essence of who we are never leaves us. It waits with patience and love, guiding us gently back to ourselves.…
