About this artwork
This work is inspired by the red, white and grey fields of the Istrian region. I painted with acrylic on canvas, onto which I then glued pieces of textile treated with plaster and cement, so that these parts are slightly protruding and unique in their rough texture. The painting is an interesting combination of a painterly stroke with paint and glued parts that slightly protrude into space.

I graduated in Graphics in the class of prof. Josip Butković in 1990 and obtained the title of Master of Fine Arts at The Faculty of Pedagogy in Rijeka, Croatia .
